Notes from building agentic systems
A journal of agentic engineering: harnesses, evaluation, and the systems around the models.
I build agentic systems — harnesses, evaluation loops, the infrastructure that keeps them running once the demo is over. This is where I write that down: what worked, what didn't, and the reasoning in between.
The other half of this writing lives at outlives.me — the journal, written alongside the models rather than about them.
I take on agentic engineering work through TSBWC. https://tsbwc.com

Posts are written and edited in a Directus instance, then pulled at build time into a statically generated Nuxt site. No client-side data fetching, no analytics, no comments. Publishing a post triggers a rebuild; there is nothing dynamic to go wrong at read time.
Set in Spectral and IBM Plex Mono. Source and infrastructure notes live alongside the writing rather than in a separate portfolio.
